We have a dedicated team who will be able to assist you
on any criminal matters. We hold a Criminal Franchise from the
Legal Services Commission and in many cases Public Funding is
available.
Roach Pittis has a Magistrates and a Crown Court department
to assist at every stage of criminal proceedings.
The department is headed by Mr Barry Arnett who has over 25
years experience in Criminal Law and is a very knowledgeable
and experienced Advocate in the Magistrates Court.
