Our Family Law Department is headed by Janet Bell who has specialised in Family Law since the early 1980s, and is an accredited specialist with Resolution in Financial Provision and Private Children Law matters. We adopt a constructive and conciliatory, rather than an aggressive, approach to resolving family problems arising from a relationship breakdown. This is however balanced with the belief that, in appropriate cases we may have to be tough.
We offer expertise in all areas of Family Law and issues arising from relationship breakdown, including:
-Divorce
- Financial Arrangements on separation or divorce (sometimes known as ancillary relief cases)
- Arrangements with children, including residence and contact
- Disputes between people who live together
- Inheritance Act disputes
- Separation Agreements
