 Peter
holds a Law Degree and was admitted as a solicitor in 1976,
since then he has continued to practise law in Newport, Isle
of Wight. Since the early 1990’s Peter has mainly been
working in Family Law.
Peter is a member of the Law Society Children Panel (Children
Representative) acting for children and parents in care proceedings
as well in other Children Act proceedings including contested
residence and contact cases.
All areas of family work are undertaken and as a member of
Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association)
the emphasis is to resolve disputes in a non-confrontational
and constructive way designed to preserve people’s dignity
and to encourage agreements.
