two case study law books laying on a black table

We recently acted for a landlord in the purchase of a commercial site and subsequent grant of a lease to a leading supermarket.  The site had a problematic legal title which required rectification before it could be classed as good and marketable.

Roach Pittis worked through the issues and satisfactorily resolved these through various supplementary deeds and land registry applications.  This allowed the onward grant of the commercial supermarket lease.  Roach Pittis also acted in the subdivision of residential accommodation above the supermarket and the grant of assured shorthold tenancy agreements within.
