What happened:
Our client who was 32 at the time of the accident was at work when she was assaulted by a patient who had a chequered history. Our client had not been adequately trained, nor had she been provided with appropriate equipment (alarm). Our client suffered Post Traumatic Stress Disorder which affected her ability to continue in her current employments.
